Wild Drum Seltzer requested that their keywords and selling points be prominently displayed on their packaging. To fulfill their request, I utilized their existing color scheme and designed doodle illustrations that present the information in an engaging and visually appealing way. Additionally, I designed a range of illustrative assets for merchandise, including t-shirts, badges, and caps.

The Key Visual
I illustrated a beachy summer theme, incorporating all key selling points into a seamless doodle that wrapped around the box. The design featured elements such as hot air balloons, beach waves, soda bubbles, lemonade glasses, birds, clouds, palm trees, surfboards, and ukuleles to evoke a true tropical vibe.
The Die-Lines
Three distinct box sizes were developed for packaging the seltzer cans: one for a single can, another for two cans, and a third for three cans. Each design was meticulously crafted in two colors, black and white, providing a versatile range of packaging options.
Illustrative Assets
I developed a series of illustrative concepts for Wild Drum, each with its own unique strategy. One standout piece, “The Wild Evolution,” whimsically portrays humanity’s journey from the classic beer belly to enlightenment with Wild Drum seltzer. The artwork humorously depicts how transitioning to the 4.75% alcohol version trims the beer belly, while the 8% version elevates drinkers to a state of serene transcendence. Another dynamic illustration, “The Wild Explosion,” captures the exhilarating burst of flavors that ignite your soul with every sip of Wild Drum seltzer. To capture Wild Drum’s vibrant spirit, I designed a high-energy, explosive visual that bursts with color and seamlessly integrates the brand’s signature elements.
