IGNITE RealTalks, a speaker series by IGNITE Student Union at Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber, features influential speakers sharing insights and experiences. It aims to inspire and educate students with valuable perspectives. I designed the identity and production for IGNITE RealTalks with Amelia Dimoldenberg.
Creative Process
The Key Visual
The color palette was thoughtfully chosen to reflect the cool, fun, and humorous essence that Amelia Dimoldenberg embodies. By incorporating illustrative elements such as smiley faces and stars, I achieved the cute, funky look I envisioned. To break conventional design rules, I used diverse typefaces and had text cut abruptly at the edge of the poster, embracing imperfect chaos to best represent the event.
The visual language was then used to design Social Media Graphics, iPad Graphics, Web and Print banners etc.
